Before you shop, here's a few things to know!
Each buyer will cover the cost for items purchased though the company store, including production (if necessary), plus shipping and fees. The Coupa Marketing Department is not covering the cost for any swag items purchased through the Coupa Store.
Prior to placing an order, please obtain the necessary approvals from your department and/or manager and ensure that this is within your current allotted budget.
Via PayPal, you can pay by Credit Card, Virtual Credit Card or redemption code (if applicable)
Items “made-to-order” refers to products not currently in inventory at a warehouse, these made-to-order products are produced based on need and quantity.
Our Customer Experience (COP) team provides a Go-Live swag box for up to four individuals following a new implementation. Once the Salesforce project is marked "customer is live," the COP team will identify the contacts and reach out within 1–2 weeks. Please note this program is exclusive to the initial Go-Live. For any additional swag needs or larger groups, please consult your manager regarding a vCard requisition to purchase items directly from the Coupa Store. FedEx and USPS are our primary shipping partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Rates will vary based on item size and quantity.
We always aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Made-to-order products cannot be returned.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will vary and will be added to your total at checkout. APAC/International considerations:Coupa and the Coupa Store is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments at customs in any country. Most items offered in North America will be offered in other regions. If it is unavailable then a similar product will be recommended.

- A bulk order is considered an order with a quantity of 75 or more items. Please reach out to coupastore@coupa.com with the following information to place a bulk order:
- When do you need your items to arrive? Please provide a specific date.
- Which item(s) would you like to purchase?
- How many units of each item would you like to order? (If you’re ordering multiple items, with a quantity of 75 or more per item, please list each item and the corresponding quantity.)
- What is the preferred shipping address? Please include the zip code and any specific details (e.g., Apartment number, Floor, Company name, Shipping Contact/Phone number etc.).
- Which email address should we use to send the shipping and tracking information?
If your requested items are in inventory a minimum of 10 business days will be needed to process the order and along with a shipping window of 10 days to the designated location.
Bulk order shipping fees start at $100 and increase depending on quantity and weight. The Coupa Store and/or Coupa Marketing Department is not responsible for payment of your items. Purchases must be approved by departments and managers prior to order request. The invoice for your order can be paid with a VCC corporate card or personal card and can be expensed accordingly.
Coupa is not responsible for the untimely delivery of items due to circumstances out of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee deliveries by certain timelines.
We are only able to process refunds after items have been returned to our warehouse.
Yes! This is a Hybrid order. The Coupa Store will automatically split your request into "Inventory" for the warehouse and an "On-Demand Order" for the supplier.
The notification you receive depends on the type of items you purchased:
- Inventory-Only Orders: You’ll receive an email stating “Your order is on its way!” once your items leave our warehouse.
- Made to Order Only Orders: You will receive an email stating “Your order is on its way!” as soon as the manufacturing process is complete and the package is scanned by the carrier.
- Hybrid Orders (Inventory + Made to Order): You will first receive an email stating “Part of your order is on its way!” for the inventory items, followed by a second notification once your On-Demand items are ready (or vice versa).
If you ordered a mix of inventory and Made to Order products, they will arrive in separate packages. Because these items come from different locations (our warehouse vs. an external vendor), you will receive at least two separate deliveries.
- Package 1: Contains your "In-Stock" inventory items.
- Package 2: Contains your "Made to Order” items.
Yes. If your order contains a mix of inventory and made-to-order items (a hybrid order), they will ship separately. You will receive a unique tracking link via email for each individual shipment. Note: Total shipping fees for your entire order are calculated together at checkout.
